PolyTuf HDPE plastic lumber is extruded from purified recycled plastics, offering a chain weight capacity of 1400lb pair. This product can be cleaned with soap and water or power washed as needed. PolyTuf HDPE Plastic lumber, extruded from recycled plastic, comes with a 50-year limited warranty, ensuring very low maintenance. Periodic cleaning is all that is required to keep the product looking beautiful for years. Unlike wood furniture, this product does not weather, check, or crack.
The large 5 FT swing is made with fade-resistant POLY LUMBER recycled lumber and a STANDARD BLACK FRAME, providing a variety of slat color options. The swing arrives 90% assembled, with the slats already screwed to the back and seat, requiring only the connection of the back and seat and the securing of the arms.
The slats are screwed to the frame, not stapled, and the frame is bolted together with bolts. All screws and bolts are stainless steel and painted to match the color of the swing. The swing comes with enough chain to hang from a standard 8-foot ceiling, and all hardware, including the double zinc-plated steel chains, is made of stainless steel.
PolyTuf recycled HDPE lumber has the look of painted wood without the upkeep real wood requires, as it does not need painting, staining, or waterproofing. It can be cleaned with soap and water or power washed as needed, and it will not weather or crack.
